While driving, this is where my mind wanders:

Hmmmm.....Breaking and entering....breaking and entering.... I wonder if somebody were to go into a place to rob them, but they didn't "break in"....more like the door was open, or they just used an old key they found....would it still be "breaking" and entering....
or just entering?
